How should I prepare my photos?
Photos should be:
• free of dust.
• reasonably flat. Severely creased photos cannot be processed by our scanners.
• clean and free from sticky backing/mounting
• loose. i.e. removed from albums or backing.
• sent to us via a secure postal/courier service
