- In the event of damage/loss while property is in the possession of Phinax Ltd, the maximum liability will be to the extent of £250. Phinax Ltd will not be held liable for damage arising from the scanning process.
- Phinax Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage sustained while in the care of a postal or courier service.
- Customers will not hold Phinax Ltd responsible for any loss of revenue arising as a result of damage sustained to their property whilst in the care of Phinax Ltd.
- If photos are damaged whilst in the care of Phinax Ltd, customers must notify Phinax Ltd within one week of receipt of their property, and provide reasonable proof that the damage occured whilst being processed by Phinax Ltd.
- Phinax Ltd uses trackable courier services to return your photos. We advise that customers use a similar traceable delivery service. Phinax Ltd will not be held liable for any postal losses made before the customer's property reaches our premises.
